PRS Showcase 2020

The annual Showcase of the Arts event will feature visual arts in addition to performing arts this spring!  This visual aspect of Showcase is a juried competition, which means any currently enrolled PRS student can submit up to 3 artworks via this website for consideration by a panel of faculty judges.  The submission deadline is March 6, 2020 .  If your work is selected, it will be displayed on campus in an exhibition that opens on Saturday, April 18, during the spectacular evening Showcase dinner & performances!

Steps To Get Started

  1. Click the REGISTER button above and create an account.
  2. Check your email for the registration CONFIRMATION.
  3. LOG IN to the ArtCall website.
  4. Click the BLUE button to begin uploading your artwork.
  5. Follow these size and format guidelines: 
    • Image minimum length on longest side: 960px
    • Image maximum length on longest side: 4600px
    • Max file size for images: 4 mb.
    • Max file size for audio, video, & PDF: 25 mb.
    • Allowed file types: jpeg, png, gif, mp4, mov, avi, wav, mp3, aif, pdf, doc, txt
  6. You will get email confirmations for your submissions.
  7. If your work is selected for the juried show, you will receive notification in late March.
